Services

Involving AI designs, builds, and operates intelligent AI agents for small and mid-size businesses. Our services include custom AI operator development, system integration, workflow automation, and ongoing managed operations.

Engagement

Each engagement begins with a signed Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) and one or more Order Forms. Pricing, scope, and deliverables are defined in those documents. The MSA governs the relationship unless explicitly amended in writing by both parties.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, system credentials, and access required for integration.
• Review and approve workflows, templates, and automated actions before they go live.
• Notify us promptly of any errors, unexpected behavior, or security concerns.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your business operations.

What We Do

• Build and deploy your AI operator on our managed infrastructure.
• Integrate with your existing systems via APIs, credentials, or interfaces you authorize.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve the operator per the agreed scope.
• Provide support and reporting at the level defined in your operating band.

Data and Privacy

You retain full ownership of your business data. We process it solely to operate your AI agent and never use it to train general-purpose models. We share it only with the service providers necessary to run the platform (such as hosting and AI model providers), each bound by data protection obligations at least as strong as ours. Data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Limitations

Our AI operators are designed for accuracy and reliability, but they are not infallible. We build in review gates, approval workflows, and monitoring — but you remain responsible for the business decisions and actions taken, even when assisted by the operator. We do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice through our operators.

Term and Termination

Recurring services run in twelve month Subscription Terms as defined in the MSA. The Subscription Term renews automatically unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the current term. If a Subscription Term ends, we will export your data and transition workflows as agreed. Either party may also terminate for uncured material breach. Outstanding invoices remain due.

Intellectual Property

Involving AI retains ownership of our platform, frameworks, and pre-built skills. Business specific configurations and workflows created for your own operation are yours. We hold a license to generalize them into our platform without disclosing your confidential information. You retain ownership of all business data and outputs.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Full limitations are defined in the MSA.
