Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly — your name, email, company, and any details you share when booking a call or contacting us. We also collect usage data from our website, including pages viewed, browser type, and referring URLs, via standard analytics.

When you engage with our AI operator service, we process your business data — communications, schedules, transactions, operational records — strictly within the scope of the workflows you configure. Your data is isolated from other clients and is not used to train general-purpose AI models.

How We Use Your Information

• Service delivery: Running your AI operator — processing communications, executing workflows, generating reports.
• Communication: Responding to inquiries, sending service updates, and following up on booked calls.
• Improvement: Analyzing aggregated, anonymized website usage and product telemetry (not Google or Microsoft account data) to improve our platform.

Data Storage and Security

We store your data on secure, managed infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted to authorized personnel. We maintain audit logs for all data access and workflow executions.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate our platform (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics) and only under contractual obligations that require them to protect your data. We may disclose data if required by law.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@involvingai.com. For AI operator clients, you retain full ownership of your business data and can export it at any time.

Google and Microsoft Account Connections

When you connect a Google or Microsoft account to TheIO by Involving AI, our application will access the following categories of account data:

• Calendar: Read and write calendar events to schedule jobs, appointments, and follow-ups as part of your configured workflows.
• Contacts: Read contact information to identify the correct recipient when we draft messages on your behalf. Contacts are never modified.
• Documents and spreadsheets: Create and edit the documents and spreadsheets (such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, OneDrive, and SharePoint files) you connect to your workflows, to create or update project records such as job recaps and tracking sheets.
• Email: Compose email messages and save them as drafts in your mailbox for your review. TheIO cannot send email on your behalf.

This account data is used solely to run the workflow automations you configure. We do not read, copy, or store it beyond what is required to deliver the workflow in progress, and we do not retain it for any other purpose.

Limited Use: The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs and the Microsoft Graph API will adhere to the Google user data policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use this data, or data aggregated, anonymized, or derived from it, to create, train, or improve generalized machine-learning or AI models.

Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for website functionality and analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. We do not use tracking pixels or share data with third-party advertisers.
